Would you like to learn more about native Pawpaw Trees? This lecture is all encompassing, including how to choose a planting site, how to plant pawpaw seeds and seedlings, named varieties vs. wild type seedlings and root clones, harvest window, harvesting fruit, and how best to use your harvest including some recipes! Paw Paw fruit will be available to try and some small first year seedlings will be available for purchase after this lecture.
Amy Pattison, leads the Tree and Shrub Department at Lockwood's, and has a passion for incorporating interesting edible plants in the homeowner landscape. Jim is a lifelong garden enthusiast, and has been growing Pawpaw trees for over 25 years.
