Lockwood's is excited to announce our upcoming Plant Swap! This is the second year in a row we will be hosting a plant swap. Bring a pest-free plant to trade for a new one. You will be trading with fellow plant owners. The plants can be potted or cuttings- bring one or several. We will have coffee and donuts and a free plant for each person.

In this class, Jeff Fabian will talk about the specifics of pruning in the spring season. As an ISA Certified Arborist, he will guide you on what types of plants to prune in the spring and how to make the cut. He will also talk about different pruning techniques that can be used to achieve your goals. Prune with confidence this spring to get great results for the growing season ahead.

Lockwood's will be at the Events Center on the Hamburg Fairgrounds for Plantasia 2025. We will be displaying new and exciting blooming plants, houseplants, pottery, and perennials.

Tulip Weekend 2025

Amsterdam’s National Tulip Day inspired us to bring the freshest cut tulips to our customers. This year, we’re offering over 6,000 blooming tulips for you to pick straight from the crate—bulbs and all! Once home, simply trim off the bulbs, place the stems in water, and enjoy. Refresh the water often to keep your bouquet vibrant for longer!

For this free lecture, we are partnering with local expert, Judith Niemira, from the African Violet and Gesneriad Society of Western New York. She will be speaking on African Violets and their Gesneriad plant cousins. Judith will also demonstrate how to repot an African Violet.
